I am much too ignorant, my son,
For grasping schemes so finely spun.
My followers are of stronger mind
And I am content to stay behind,
Perhaps I failed, but I did my best,
These masters of mine may do the rest.

Nikola Tesla

The basis of the sculpture that has the intention of becoming a monument is Tesla’s wireless electric power transmitter from Colorado Springs.

The sculpture is a metaphor for life, society, and a positive outlook for the future.

It needs to have a physical presence; it should not merely exist as an idea, its physical manifestation and presence are essential.

In collaboration with Tibor Hrs Pandur (adaptation of the “Tesla Unplugged” text for the performance), Kalu (zvok in glasba), Nika Ravnik / niOka (design of clothes), Meta Grgurevič (rendering of the monument prototype), Jure Cvitan (technical support). Production: U3 – 7th Triennial of Contemporary Art in Slovenia, +MSUM. Co-production: Cirkus & Banzai
