“Mapping is the process of observing that translates everyday movements, sounds, conversations, and objects in the city into fiction. In this way every event becomes a story of a specific point in the city at a specific point in time. This is a way of appropriating the city, which is always elusive, unfathomable and always somewhere where you’re not.”
